After the completion of the project, the annual output of 20,000 tons of HFO-1233zd(E), 10,000 tons of HFC-245fa, 2,000 tons of HFO-1234ze(E), and 2,000 tons of fluoride salts will be achieved, and the sales revenue will be 2.17 billion yuan. The product HFO-1233zd(E) has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, zero ODP, low GWP, low carbon, safety and environmental protection. It belongs to a new generation of special fluoride products that have zero or minimal emission impact on the environment. It is known as the fourth generation of new environmentally friendly foaming agents and refrigerants, and can also be applied to 5G base stations. As a foaming agent, HFC-245fa is non-combustible and environmentally friendly, has high foaming efficiency and small dosage. It is mainly used to replace HCFC-141b, and can also be used as a refrigerant, cleaning agent and low boiling point solvent. Because the second-generation foaming agent HCFC-141b has obvious ozone-depleting effect, while the ozone-depleting potential （ODP） of HFC-245fa is 0, which is in line with the national industrial policy and the development goals of strengthening environmental protection and circular economy.
